Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC dba Integrity Elite Travel (“Integrity Elite Travel,” “IET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our clients, travelers, prospective clients, website visitors, and others who interact with our business.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we may collect, how we use and disclose that information, how we protect and retain it, and the choices and rights individuals may have regarding their personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

• IET websites;
• Travel inquiry and booking forms;
• Travel-planning and reservation services;
• Client-management and booking platforms;
• Email, telephone, and text communications;
• Social-media interactions and lead forms;
• Marketing activities and mailing lists;
• Events;
• Destination weddings;
• Hosted and group travel experiences;
• Payment and transaction processes; and
• Other interactions with IET.

Bring Your Bestie Escapes™ (“BYBE”) and other branded travel collections offered by IET are operated by Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC dba Integrity Elite Travel and are covered by this Privacy Policy. 

They are not separate legal entities for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your interactions with our services, information received from travel suppliers or service providers, and certain information collected automatically through websites and technology services.

The information we collect depends on the nature of your interaction with IET.

Identity and Contact Information

• Date of birth;
• Emergency contact information; and
• Other information reasonably necessary to identify or communicate      with you.

Travel and Reservation Information

Complete payment-card information may be entered directly into systems operated by third-party payment processors or travel suppliers rather than stored directly by IET.

Travelers may voluntarily provide health-related, dietary, allergy, mobility, accessibility, or similar information when reasonably necessary to arrange requested travel services.

IET may use and disclose this information to applicable travel suppliers or service providers when reasonably necessary to accommodate the traveler's request.

Travelers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested travel service.

Communications and Client-Service Information

We may maintain records of:

• Emails;
• Forms;
• Messages;
• Inquiries;
• Requests;
• Complaints;
• Preferences;
• Client-service interactions; and
• Other communications with IET.

Marketing Information

We may collect information relating to:

• Email subscriptions;
• Mailing-list preferences;

• Campaign interactions;
• Marketing preferences; and

Use of identifiable images for IET marketing or promotional purposes is subject to the media provisions contained in IET's Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

• Plan, quote, book, manage, and service travel arrangements;
• Communicate about inquiries and reservations;
• Provide confirmations, invoices, travel documents, and itineraries;
• Provide payment reminders and deadline notices;
• Communicate itinerary, Supplier, or schedule changes;
• Facilitate travel insurance requests or acknowledgments;
• Share necessary information with travel suppliers and service providers;
• Process and document payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds;
• Provide client service and respond to questions, requests, complaints, or disputes;
• Administer hosted trips, destination weddings, group travel, BYBE trips, and other IET travel programs;
• Maintain accounting, tax, transaction, regulatory, and business records;
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions;
• Respond to chargebacks and payment disputes;
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, governmental requests, and legal processes;
• Improve IET's services, website, booking processes, communications, and client experience;
• Send newsletters, travel information, trip announcements, promotions, and other marketing communications when permitted by law;
• Maintain and honor marketing and communication preferences; and
• Create de-identified or aggregated information for legitimate business analysis when that information does not reasonably identify an individual.

IET seeks to collect and use personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for related legitimate business purposes.

IET does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

IET may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, travel, legal, or operational purposes.

Travel Suppliers

We may provide necessary traveler information to travel suppliers, including:

• Airlines;
• Cruise lines;
• Resorts;
• Hotels;
• Tour operators;
• Transportation providers;
• Excursion providers;
• Destination management companies;
• Restaurants;
• Activity providers; and
• Other suppliers involved in providing requested travel services.

When information is provided to an independent travel supplier, that supplier may process the information under its own privacy policy, terms, and applicable law.

IET does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party travel suppliers.

Booking and Client-Management Platforms

IET may use third-party platforms to manage inquiries, reservations, forms, invoices, payment schedules, documents, and client communications.

These platforms process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Payment Processors and Suppliers Processing Payments

IET may disclose information to authorized payment processors, including Square or other processors used by IET, or to travel suppliers that process payments directly.

Payment processors and suppliers maintain their own security procedures, privacy policies, and transaction practices.

Travel Insurance Providers

When a traveler requests information about travel insurance, purchases insurance, or otherwise authorizes an insurance-related interaction, IET may provide information reasonably necessary to the applicable insurance provider or administrator.

Business and Technology Service Providers

IET may disclose personal information to service providers that assist with activities such as:

• Email and communications;
• Website operation;
• Marketing;
• Client-management systems;
• Technology support;
• Accounting;
• Document management;
• Data storage; and

Professional Advisers

Depending on the reservation, payments may be processed through an IET-authorized third-party payment processor or directly by the applicable travel supplier.

IET does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its ordinary business records when those credentials are processed through third-party payment systems.

IET may retain transaction-related information reasonably necessary for:

• Accounting;
• Reservation servicing;
• Payment tracking;
• Refund processing;
• Dispute resolution;
• Chargeback response;
• Fraud prevention;
• Legal compliance; and
• Business recordkeeping.

Third-party payment processors and travel suppliers maintain their own security practices and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

IET retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

• Providing and administering travel services;
• Maintaining booking and transaction records;
• Accounting and tax purposes;
• Regulatory and legal compliance;

IET may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the individual making a privacy request before providing, correcting, or deleting personal information.

IET will not discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

IET will respond to verified privacy requests within the time required by applicable law.

8. Marketing Communications, Email, Text Messages and Social Media

Transactional and Service Communications

IET may send communications reasonably necessary to administer an inquiry, reservation, or travel service.

These communications may include:

• Booking confirmations;
• Payment reminders;
• Travel documents;
• Itinerary updates;
• Supplier changes;
• Travel deadlines;
• Travel insurance reminders;
• Group updates; and
• Other service-related information.

A request to stop receiving marketing communications does not prevent IET from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer an existing inquiry, reservation, transaction, or travel service.

Marketing Email

IET may send newsletters, destination information, trip announcements, promotional offers, or other marketing communications when the recipient has subscribed, requested information, has another lawful relationship supporting the communication, or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Marketing emails will include a method for unsubscribing when required.

Individuals may also contact IET directly to request removal from marketing email communications.

Text and SMS Communications

Providing a telephone number for an inquiry or reservation does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional text messages where separate consent is required by law.

If IET uses SMS or text messaging for promotional marketing, applicable consent disclosures and opt-out instructions may be presented separately at the point where the individual provides consent.

Social Media, Lead Forms and Automated Communications

IET may receive information when an individual interacts with IET through:

• Social-media platforms;
• Direct messages;
• Social-media lead forms;
• Automated messaging tools;
• QR codes;
• Giveaways;
• Promotional campaigns; or
• Similar marketing channels.

Information voluntarily submitted through those channels may be used for the purpose described when it is collected and for related communications consistent with the individual's choices and applicable law.

Social-media platforms and similar third-party services also process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

IET websites and third-party service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

• Operate and maintain website functionality;

• Understand how visitors use the website;
• Measure website and marketing performance;
• Improve IET's website, services, and communications; and
• Support advertising or marketing activities when applicable.

Visitors can generally manage cookies through browser or device settings.

Disabling certain cookies or technologies may affect website functionality or user experience.

Browser and device privacy controls vary. IET will honor privacy-control signals when required by applicable law and technically supported by the systems used by IET.

The safeguards used may vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information and the systems through which the information is processed.

However, no electronic transmission, online platform, payment system, network, or data-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Travelers and clients should use reasonable care when transmitting sensitive information electronically and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured communication channels.

11. Security Incidents and Data Breaches

If IET becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, IET will investigate and respond as reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.

IET will provide notice to affected individuals, regulators, governmental authorities, or other parties when required by applicable law.

Security incidents involving an independent travel supplier, payment processor, booking platform, technology provider, or other third party may also be subject to that party's security procedures and legal obligations.

IET may reasonably cooperate with the applicable third party when an incident affects information associated with an IET traveler or client.

12. Children's and Minors' Information

IET's websites and services are not directed to children for independent use, and IET does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children for marketing purposes.

When travel arrangements include a minor, IET may collect information about the minor from the minor's parent, legal guardian, or other authorized responsible adult when reasonably necessary to arrange or administer requested travel services.

Such information may include:

• Name;
• Date of birth;
• Passport or identification information;
• Citizenship information;
• Travel documentation;
• Dietary information;
• Accessibility information; and
• Other information reasonably necessary for the reservation.

The responsible adult represents that they are authorized to provide the minor's information for these purposes.

IET may share the minor's information with applicable travel suppliers and service providers when reasonably necessary to complete or administer the travel arrangements.

If IET learns that personal information was submitted directly by a child in circumstances where parental or guardian authorization was required, IET may take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately address the information, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.

13. International and Cross-Border Data Transfers

Because IET arranges domestic and international travel, personal information may be transmitted to, processed by, or stored by travel suppliers and service providers located in the United States or other countries.

Privacy and data-protection laws in other countries may differ from those applicable in the traveler's home jurisdiction.

When information must be provided to an international travel supplier to fulfill requested travel services, IET seeks to limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable reservation or service.

By requesting international travel services, travelers understand that necessary personal information may need to be transmitted to applicable suppliers or service providers in the destination or in other countries involved in providing the travel services.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

IET websites, communications, booking materials, or social-media pages may contain links to third-party websites, travel suppliers, booking platforms, insurance providers, payment processors, or other external services.

Those third parties maintain their own privacy policies, security practices, terms, and data-handling procedures.

IET does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services.

Individuals should review the privacy policies and terms of third parties with whom they provide personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

IET may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in:

• Business practices;
• Services;
• Technology;
• Legal requirements;
• Regulatory requirements; or
• Other relevant circumstances.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, IET will revise the effective date displayed with the policy.
