1. Agreement


By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.


These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “You”) and Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC dba Integrity Elite Travel (“IET,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).


2. Website Use & Access


By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


You agree not to:

 ~ Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

 ~ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server, or any connected systems.

 ~ Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content, including images, text, and branding, without written permission from Integrity Elite Travel.

 ~ Use the website to make false or fraudulent inquiries or bookings.


Integrity Elite Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms, engages in misuse, or interferes with site functionality or security.


All website content is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.


3. Scope of Services


Integrity Elite Travel provides professional travel planning and booking services including, but not limited to, cruises, resorts, tours, destination weddings, group travel, and vacation packages.


We act solely as a booking agent between you and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and insurance companies (“Suppliers”). All reservations are subject to each Supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies.


4. Booking, Payments & Fees


 ~ A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment requirements vary by Supplier.

 ~ Destination wedding clients are subject to planning and consulting fees, which are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 ~ Refunds for Supplier services are governed exclusively by the Supplier’s terms. Integrity Elite Travel does not control refund timelines or policies.

 ~ Prices are subject to change until paid in full and confirmed in writing.

 ~ Clients must review all travel documents upon receipt for accuracy, including names, dates, and itineraries.


Accepted Payments:

Payments may be made directly to Suppliers or through our authorized merchant account (Square). By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting IET for resolution.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes


By making a payment to Integrity Elite Travel, you agree:

 ~ You will not initiate a credit card dispute or chargeback without first contacting IET for good-faith mediation.

 ~ In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing arbitration or legal action.

 ~ Unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or reversals may result in additional collection and legal fees charged to the client.


6. Cancellations, Refunds & Supplier Policies


Cancellations are governed by each Supplier’s individual policy. Integrity Elite Travel is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or refund delays.


Group & Destination Wedding Bookings

Clients are encouraged to purchase travel protection insurance to safeguard against trip interruptions, cancellations, or unforeseen events.


Clients who choose to decline travel insurance assume all risks for loss, delays, or non-refundable expenses.


7.  Group & Destination Wedding Bookings


 ~ A single point of contact (group leader or wedding coordinator) must be designated for all group bookings to ensure accuracy and consistency.

 ~ Name Change Policy: Requests require 72 business hours to process.

 ~ Room or Date Change Policy: Requests require 5–7 business days for processing and are subject to Supplier availability and approval.

 ~ Price Match Policy: IET will make every reasonable effort to request a Supplier price match, provided the competing quote is identical in every respect (same Supplier, dates, room category, occupancy, and terms).


8. Travel Requirements & Client Responsibilities


 ~ Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry, passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements.

 ~ Integrity Elite Travel assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

 ~ It is the client’s responsibility to verify travel dates, flight times, accommodations, and all itinerary details.


9. Third-Party Services & Excursions


Integrity Elite Travel may provide information or links to third-party excursions, tours, transfers, or activities. We are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation in these independent services. All concerns or claims must be directed to the Supplier providing the service.


10. Limitation of Liability


Integrity Elite Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel Suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier.


We are not liable for:

 ~ Supplier defaults, bankruptcies, or failure to deliver services;

 ~ Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or acts of terrorism;

 ~ Loss, injury, delay, or damage to persons or property.


Our total liability shall never exceed the amount of commission or service fees earned for your booking.


11. Travel Insurance


Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients. If declined, clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any losses, cancellations, delays, injuries, or expenses incurred.


12.  Governing Terms — Application of Stricter Policy 

  

Integrity Elite Travel operates as a booking agent and is bound by the contractual terms established by its travel Suppliers, including cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, airlines, and ground transportation providers. Where both IET’s Terms & Conditions and a Supplier’s terms and conditions govern the same subject matter, the stricter or more restrictive provision shall apply and control.


This includes but is not limited to:

 ~ Cancellation and refund deadlines — if a Supplier’s cancellation deadline is earlier or its penalty is greater than IET’s, the Supplier’s policy governs.

 ~  Group contract obligations — group booking contracts executed directly with Suppliers (including cruise line group contracts, resort group agreements, or destination management company contracts) are binding on all members of the group and take precedence in the event of a conflict with IET’s general terms.

 ~ Name change restrictions, room block release dates, and attrition clauses — as established in Supplier group contracts are enforceable and binding on clients.

 ~ Force majeure provisions — each Supplier’s force majeure or act-of-God clause applies independently of IET’s, and the broader or more restrictive of the two applies as circumstances warrant.


Clients are encouraged to request and review all applicable Supplier terms and conditions prior to booking. IET will make Supplier terms available upon request to the extent they have been provided to IET by the Supplier. Execution of a group contract or completion of a booking constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all applicable Supplier terms.


13.  Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances  


 Integrity Elite Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:


 ~ Natural disasters, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or other acts of God;

 ~ Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by any government or international body;

 ~ War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions or advisories;

 ~ Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages affecting travel Suppliers or transportation networks;

 ~ Bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of operations by any Supplier;

 ~ Cyber incidents or infrastructure failures affecting booking or communication systems.


In such events, IET will make reasonable good-faith efforts to assist clients in pursuing remedies available through Suppliers, travel insurance, or applicable consumer protections. However, IET bears no financial responsibility for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from force majeure events. Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance.


14.  Assumption of Risk  

  

Travel inherently involves risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, inconvenience, or financial loss. By booking travel through Integrity Elite Travel, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including:


 ~ Transportation by air, sea, land, or other means;

 ~ Participation in excursions, tours, water sports, adventure activities, or other optional services;

 ~ Exposure to local health conditions, food, water quality, or environmental factors;

 ~ Changes in political stability, safety conditions, or entry requirements at the destination.


IET strongly recommends that all travelers consult current U.S. Department of State travel advisories and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) health notices prior to departure and throughout their trip planning process.


15.  Errors, Omissions & Pricing Accuracy  

  

While IET makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and itinerary information, errors may occur. IET reserves the right to correct any pricing or availability errors discovered before or after a booking is confirmed.


In the event of a material error:

 ~  IET will notify the client promptly upon discovery.

 ~ The client will have the option to accept the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund of amounts paid directly to IET (excluding any non-refundable Supplier deposits already remitted).

 ~ IET shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from typographical or system-generated pricing errors.


16.  Client Communications & Electronic Acknowledgment  

  

By booking with IET via email, phone, online form, or any other communication channel, the client acknowledges:

~ Receipt and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions;

 ~ That electronic communications (email, text message, digital signature) constitute valid written acceptance of terms, invoices, and booking confirmations;

 ~ That it is the client’s responsibility to read all communications, invoices, itineraries, and booking confirmations sent by IET and to notify IET of any errors within 48 hours of receipt.


Failure to review and report errors in travel documents within 48 hours may limit IET’s ability to make corrections and may result in costs borne solely by the client.


17.  Intellectual Property  

  

All website content—including logos, images, copy, branding elements, and trade names (“Integrity Elite Travel,” “Integrity Elite Charities,” “The Travel Doctor”)—is the property of Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.


18.  Testimonials & Media Use  

   

By submitting testimonials, reviews, or by tagging Integrity Elite Travel in social media posts, clients grant us permission to use these materials (including photos, videos, or comments) for marketing purposes, unless consent is revoked in writing.


19.   Privacy & Data Use (California CCPA Compliance)   

     

Integrity Elite Travel respects your privacy and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

 ~ Personal information (name, contact info, travel preferences, payment data) is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

 ~ We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties.

 ~ You may request deletion or review of your personal data by emailing stacey@integrityelitetravel.com.

 ~ Our website may use cookies for analytics and performance. By using this site, you consent to our data collection and use as outlined above.


20.   Dispute Resolution   

  

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms, or your use of our services, shall be resolved as follows:

 ~ Mediation First: Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing legal remedies.

 ~ Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Contra Costa County, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

 ~ Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


21.   Updates to These Terms  

    

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
